Annie Raines was the late daughter of William Raines and Edna Raines.
In 1975, at the young age she was kidnapped and murdered by Douglas Willard, the man known as the "Blue Moon" killer. Her body was not found until 23 years later. ("Once in a Blue Moon")
There has been speculation of the parentage of Miss Parker and Lyle (in The Pretender: Island of the Haunted) based on the viability of Mr. Parker's sperm. The question of who are the Parker twins' biological father is yet to be confirmed, however if William Raines is indeed their father, this would make Annie their half-sibling and she would be also the niece of the late Catherine Parker and Mr. Parker
